What do we do with the thought that food is addictive? *IS* sugar truly addictive? *IS* white flour truly addictive?
We can't pretend to be doctors or nutritionists--we definitely aren't, but in looking at this issue, we have evaluated our own tendency to want to blame anything and everything for our continued return to eating more than we need. Is it something that I can take responsibility for and, in the power of Christ, truly master?
Or am I stuck...needing to break free from an addiction.
